A routine coach that lives in WhatsApp.

Aan reminds you about your routines, tracks your streaks, and gives you a morning briefing โ€” all in a plain WhatsApp chat. No new app to install. Works in Arabic, Hebrew, and English.

๐Ÿ’ฌ Start on WhatsApp How it works

How it works

1. Say hi on WhatsApp

Message Aan once. It auto-detects your language and walks you through a short setup.

2. Set your routines

Prayer times, workouts, deep work blocks โ€” tell Aan what your day looks like. It reminds you at the right time.

3. (Optional) Connect Google Calendar

Link your calendar with one tap. Aan shows today's events alongside your routine and pings you when a meeting starts. Read-only โ€” Aan never creates or edits events.

What Aan does with your data

We store only what's needed to do the job: your routines, your task log, your settings, and โ€” if you connect it โ€” a cached view of upcoming calendar events for a 7-day window. Your Google Calendar data is never shared with advertisers, never used to train AI, and is deleted the moment you disconnect. Details in the privacy policy.

FAQ

Is it free?

Yes, during the beta. Pricing will come later; existing users keep beta access.

What does "read-only" calendar access mean?

Aan can see your events so it can surface them in WhatsApp โ€” that's it. It cannot create, edit, or delete anything on your calendar.

How do I disconnect?

Send the message disconnect calendar in your chat with Aan. Credentials and cached events are wiped immediately; Google is also notified to revoke the refresh token.

Which data is stored where?

All data lives in Cloudflare D1 (SQLite) encrypted at rest. WhatsApp messages are delivered via Green API. Natural-language parsing uses Google Gemini (message text only; calendar data is never sent to Gemini).
